WOO and Blade partner to advance on-chain gaming with ZKP and Layer 2 solutions
WOO, an ecosystem of aligned products including the WOOFi protocol and WOO X, a leading global centralized crypto exchange, has partnered with Blade Games through the WOO Innovation Hub, in a joint bid to advance cryptographic solutions for developers and gamers.
Blade Games specializes in on-chain gaming infrastructure using zkWASM technology, which enables game logic to run in a zkVM and results to be settled as Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) on Layer 2 (L2) solutions.

On-chain gaming often faces limitations due to insufficient computing power, which restricts the types of games that can be built and affects user experience. Blade Games uses zkWASM technology to offload game logic from the blockchain, improving performance and enabling more complex games. They also provide a Unity-native solution to streamline the integration of blockchain features into existing game engines, making it easier for developers to build and deploy on-chain games.
