Campaign Rules
1. Welcome bonus: First-time traders to share a 500,000 WOO prize pool!
- Activity duration: April 19, 10:00 - May 3, 9:59 (UTC)
- The first 5,000 users who complete their first trade on WOO X with at least $100 in one single MERL/USDT spot trade during the activity duration are eligible to win 100 WOO each.
- Trading volume from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for the final calculation; each eligible user can only receive a maximum of 100 WOO.
2. Trade to earn: Trade $1,000 MERL to win $50 WOO
- Activity duration: April 19, 10:00 - May 3, 9:59 (UTC)
- The first 1,400 (new and existing) users who complete at least $1,000 in MERL/USDT spot trades on WOO X during the activity duration will be enrolled automatically and are eligible to win $50 WOO each.
- Trading volume from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for the final calculation; each eligible user can only receive a maximum of $50 WOO.
3. Trading competition: Join to share from a 70,000 MERL prize pool
- Activity duration:
- Pre sign-up: April 19, 9:00 (UTC)
- Phase 1: April 19, 10:00 - April 26, 9:59 (UTC)
- Phase 2: April 26, 10:00 - May 3, 9:59 (UTC)
- The trading competition is divided into 2 phases, each with its own leaderboard ranking as well as trading volume accumulation.
- Both Phase 1 and 2 each have their own 35,000 MERL prize pool.
- Once Phase 1 has ended, Phase 2 will begin. Upon entering Phase 2, the leaderboard rankings, as well as the trader’s individual accumulated trading volume from Phase 1 will be reset.
- The top 100 users with the highest trading volume in MERL trading pairs from each phase (Phase 1 and 2) are eligible to share from the phase’s respective 35,000 MERL prize pool!
- Results on the Leaderboard will be readjusted after the end date of the activity to cater to trading volume requirements.
- Note that the trading volume in MERL-PERP will also be calculated if WOO X successfully lists MERL-PERP during the activity duration.
4. Yield farming: Subscribe to WOO or MERL Earn vaults to farm 50,000 MERL!
Activity duration: April 19, 10:00 - April 26, 23:59 (UTC), where the subscription window ends on April 25 at 23:59 (UTC).
- Subscribe to MERL yield farming vaults with MERL or WOO to farm yields from a massive 50,000 MERL prize pool. All yields will be distributed in MERL.
- The individual subscription amount is capped at 100,000 MERL and 500,000 WOO per user.

Terms and Conditions
All users and participants of the campaign accept that:
- He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration.
- For the campaign calculation, 1 MERL = 1.8 USDT and 1 WOO = 0.3 USDT.
- WOO Ｘ reserves the right to change the above-mentioned timeline at its discretion, in particular, to end the event earlier or later.

- For the first 3 activities, all rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the campaign has ended.
