Campaign Overview

Event 1: Welcome Draw

1. Complete your first trade on WOO X.
2. Accumulate a trading volume of $1,000 in  ETH/USDC, ETH/USDT, and/or ETH-PERP trading pairs.
3. Both spot and perp are eligible.
4. Stand a chance to win the grand prize of 1 ETH!

Event 2: Referral Draw

1. Refer a friend during the event period and earn a ticket when your friend achieves a trading volume of $1,000 or more in the specified ETH trading pairs.
2. Stand a chance to win the grand prize of 1 ETH!

Event 3: Trading Draw

1. During the campaign period, achieve a trading volume of $10,000 in the specified ETH trading pairs and earn 1 ticket! Earn an additional ticket for each subsequent $10,000 volume achieved, up to a maximum cap of 20 tickets.
2. WOO Stakers will have an increased maximum cap of 40 tickets.
3. Participants have the opportunity to accumulate as many tickets as their respective caps allow by increasing their trading volume.
4. Stand a chance to win the grand prize of 1 ETH!

Campaign Rules

The campaign timeline has been specified as:

• Activity start date: July 23, 2024 08:00 (UTC)
• Activity end date: July 29, 2024 23:59 (UTC)
• Winner announcement: Within 14 working days of campaign end date
• Reward distribution: Within 14 working days of campaign end date

Note: WOO reserves the right to change the above-mentioned timeline at its sole discretion without prior notice, in particular to end the event earlier or later.

• All users must be registered and successfully satisfy our KYC requirements on WOO X before the aforementioned Activity End Date.
• Participants can choose to trade ETH/USDC, ETH/USDT, and/or ETH-PERP. Only trading volume generated on WOO X during the trading competition will be counted.
• API, 2B, and KYB users are not eligible for this campaign. If you are a 2B or institutional user and wish to participate, please contact bd@woo.network for further assistance.
• All participants have the opportunity to accumulate as many tickets by boosting their trading volume or via eligible referrals. However each event will only have 1 winner.
• The “tickets” represent the odds of winning, and are not tied to any virtual or physical item or ticket.
• Winners will be randomly selected from the list of eligible participants.
• WOO X reserves the right to disqualify trades/referrals in its sole discretion, and not provide any explicit reasons if users’ activities are suspected of wash trading, illegal bulk account registrations, self-dealing, or displayed signs of market manipulation, or likely breach of any laws, regulations or policies of WOO X , or anything which may bring WOO X into disrepute, etc. The participant of the competition acknowledges and agrees that the decision regarding disqualification is at the sole discretion of the WOO X.

By registration for or participation in the above event or campaign (“Campaign), you will be deemed to have agreed on the following terms and conditions: 

• The WOO X Terms of Service applies and you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contemplated thereof. You agree to be binding by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Activity Rules, and any subsequent amendments, once he/she joins the campaign. These documents together govern your participation in the Campaign.
• You acknowledge that trading in cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and that they are fully responsible for any losses incurred.
• By joining the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described herein. Such information includes but not limited to nickname and UID on WOO X, the total amount that he/she subscribed to in all of the available WOO Earn vaults, all the individual trades and trade amounts made during the trading fee rebate validity period, and any rankings as required by the campaign. This information will be calculated and retained for the duration of the entire Campaign and may be publicly disclosed. The aforementioned information cannot be removed or revoked during the campaign. WOO X reserves the right to access, disclose, and use this information as necessary for the Campaign. Personal data are processed by WOOTECH Limited based on legitimate interest for the purposes of conducting the Campaign, selecting winners of competition, and analytics assessment of data collected during the Campaign. • Participants agree not to engage in inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities during the Campaign. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant for such behavior or for participating in activities such as wash trading, illegal bulk registrations, self-dealing, or any form of market manipulation. Decisions regarding disqualification are at the sole discretion of WOO X and no explicit reasons may be provided for disqualifications..
• WOO X reserves the right to modify and the final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions of this event without notifying users in advance. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
• WOO X is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
