1. Trade to earn: Trade to share a 391,200 AVAAI prize pool

• All users who complete AVAAI trades, and meet the specific trading volume requirements indicated in the table above on WOO X during the activity period are eligible to share the stated prize pools.
• The prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if a user has accumulated over $100,000 in AVAAI-SPOT trading volume and the corresponding 173,900 AVAAI prize pool has been fully allocated, they will be moved down into the lower tiers to share the remaining prizes. Once moved to lower tiers, eligibility for rewards will still follow the first-come, first-served basis, until all "Trade to Earn" prize pools are fully allocated.
• Each user can only win once; rewards from different thresholds cannot be combined, trading volume from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for the final calculation.
• Users who add a total copy amount of at least 100 USDT on WOO X Social Trading during the campaign period will qualify for 1.5X reward boosters. To remain eligible, positions must be maintained throughout the campaign; manually closing or ceasing positions will result in disqualification.
• All rewards will be distributed in AVAAI tokens.

2. New user welcome bonus: Trade $100 $AVAAI and compete for a share of 43,500 AVAAI

• During the event period, new users who register on WOO X, complete KYC, and trade at least 100 USDT on the AVAAI/USDT will each receive a reward of 870 AVAAI.
• Note: Rewards will be distributed in descending order based on trading volume, until the allocated reward pool has been fully distributed.

All users and participants of the campaign accept that:

• He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
• He/She agrees to abide by all campaign rules, including trading volume requirements and participation guidelines. 
• All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration. Users/Participants from the European Economic Area (EEA) are not eligible to participate. This exclusion applies to all EEA users regardless of KYC status.

• WOO Ｘ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including adjustments to the campaign timeline and prize distribution.
• Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the campaign outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts or engaging in any other fraudulent or inappropriate activity to increase chances of winning. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities and take further legal action if necessary.
• All references to monetary values and rewards in this campaign are denoted in USDT. The symbol ‘$’ shall be interpreted as USDT throughout the campaign documentation.
• All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the campaign has ended. If the rewards have not been credited after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email support@woo.network for assistance. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay.
• Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.
• WOO X does not provide warranties of any kind regarding the expected outcomes of the Campaign. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOO X and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Campaign.
• WOO X reserves the right of final interpretation of all terms and conditions of this campaign. Any decision made by WOO X in relation to this campaign, including but not limited to rule amendments, prize distribution, and eligibility of participants, is final and binding on all participants.
